About Us

Based at the Naver Business Centre in Thurso, Caithness, we have been successfully managing the learning, training and development requirements of the Dounreay site. Realising the increasing need for competitive training solutions we are now excited to offer our services and conference facilities to outside business.

All our specialist staff, trainers and consultants are professionally qualified with many years experience. The team has received accolades from various local and national agencies, including a Cogent award for 'Outstanding Leadership in Skills', and a Careers Scotland 'National Excellence' award.  Furthermore, we have recently achieved NEF Assured (Nuclear) status.  This is a new training standard to assure the quality of training for staff working in the nuclear industry.

Wherever possible we link training and development events to nationally recognised standards and qualifications. Our portfolio includes programmes accredited by IOSH, NPORS, and the Institute of Leadership and Management.
