Radiological, Safety and Technical Training
- A wide range of general radiological and safety courses are provided including awareness training on COSHH, Criticality and Manual Handling.
- A number of safety management programmes are also run throughout the year, including the NEBOSH Certificate in Safety and Health.
- We are an accredited IOSH provider, and are currently working towards accreditation for the CITB Site Safety Management course.
Specialist Plant Training
- Training at Naver is an accredited NPORS provider and delivers a variety of in -house specialised training on various plant and machinery.
- Courses cover all types of Forklifts, Overhead Crane, Slinging, Fall Protection Systems, MEWPs and Tractors.
- Theory training is also provided in a range of subjects including Health and Safety.
Business and Personal Skills Development
- Personal development is integral to developing yourself and your employees.
- We offer a selection of courses on generic business skills including Chairing Effective Meetings, Communication/Presentation, Business Writing and Customer Care.
- A range of personal development training is also available, including sessions on Assertiveness, Time Management and Negotiating.
Customer Service
- Everyone knows the importance of great customer service.
- Our Customer Service Sessions provide practical skills and tools which assist in building effective customer service.
- We’ll give you the training and skills you need to provide the top level of service and consistently exceed customer expectations.
Project Management, IT Training and other Commercial Courses
- We offer a selection of commercial events including Project Management training accredited by the Association of Project Management, NEC Conditions of Contract, and a variety of IT and quality management courses.
- In addition, the Centre is currently working towards accreditation as an approved provider of SVQ programmes and aims to offer and extend this service further in the future.
Management and Leadership Development
- We offer a suite of management development programmes aimed at developing current and future leadership capability.
- Options available include Institute of Leadership and Management programmes as well as management assessment/development centres, 360 degree feedback, and leadership ‘master classes’.
Coaching
- We provide coaching on a one-on-one or team basis, giving you an invaluable source of support and development.
- We also incorporate coaching into many of our training and skills development programmes to help embed learning. Coaching can help you to:

- Our portfolio also includes a Business Start Up event and the 'Recre8T Yourself' career planning programme.
- The 'Recre8T Yourself' workshop is aimed at supporting people to take control of their career and enhance their employability. The sessions encourage delegates to devise personal development plans based on their prime skills, and also gain vital skills in job searching, CV writing and interview techniques.
Assessment and Development Centre Services
- Our professionally run assessment process will allow you to identify and maximise a person's strengths and to pinpoint the areas that should be further developed.
- This greater understanding of person-job fit allows you to make informed decisions about hiring and developing your people.
- Development centres can be seen as the opposite end of the continuum to assessment centres. There is no yes/no decision with development centres. Rather they are designed to increase individuals self-awareness, so that the individual can make choices about where they see their future and what areas they want to develop.
