Installation of a new 55 tonne crane into the breeder removal building
A BFR decommissioning team led by Mark Aitken has successfully installed a new 55 tonne crane into the breeder removal building adjacent to BFR. The work was ingeniously carried out without removing the roof off the building so protecting the internal fixtures and fittings from the unpredictable weather outside.
