DSRL reports iodine in routine checks
March 31, 2011
DSRL has informed the Scottish Environment Protection Agency of the detection of traces of iodine in grass samples collected and analysed as part of the site's routine environmental monitoring programme.
SEPA said in a statement it was confident the iodine did not come from the site, as its detection replicated finds being made across Europe.
