Starting Salary: £9,446 per annum in Year 1 rising to £10,600 in Year 2

The people we train today will have the opportunity to become involved in some very exciting projects and to develop analytical laboratory skills and experience which will be increasingly needed in the nuclear industry and beyond.

The position
The Laboratory Operations Training Scheme is a 1-2 year programme, allowing successful applicants to train in a modern laboratory environment.

Requirements
• Live within daily travelling distance of Dounreay
• Have 4 Standard Grades (Maths, English, Chemistry/Physics & one other science subject).
• Have an interest in pursuing a career in Science.
• Have attained school leaving age
